It seems strange that if you look at the origin of most medicines you will find that they do come from home remedies. Sometimes you might find that you have a terrible cough that cant be cured by medicine.
You then will have to put your trust in the hands of old traditional DIY home remedies such as lemon and honey. You will find that sometimes using these DIY home remedies you are more able to take care of yourself and enjoy it.

At least by giving it a try you are giving your body a chance to experience something other than modern medicines. A lemon and some strawberries can help you get that vitamin c that you need and you can find many interesting ways to use these fruits than just a fizzy Vitamin C capsule.
